Great hotel in the city center. Modern, nice and clean. A/C in the room. The reception is open 24/7. Friendly staff. The room was spacious. Good value for the money.

In general, everything was fine. Some minor things. It would be good to have a wardrobe and hooks.

"First impressions was overflowing toilet paper bin!!"

Very good location with lots of restaurants. I booked a private room. There was a lot of renovation work outside the window. Be aware they do not accept credit card and there seem to be long term remote workers staying.

Kitchen kettle was permanently broken. Surely you can replace this? Only one bathroom with toilet. The toilet paper bin was often overflowing
