"Superb"

Amazing modern apartment with all the amenities needed for a great stay in Como. The place in brand new and the attention to detail is really top notch from the high-tech electronics to the cool decor. The location is pretty nice as well close to Borghi train station and Esselunga supermarket. The 10-15 min walk to the center of town was so pleasant that we didn't mind it at all. This was for sure one of the best apartments I have stayed in anywhere so I would highly recommend it!

We had issues with the AC/heating system in the apartment. As the apartment was so new and still unused, there seemed to be a confusion how the ventilation system works so it was too warm in the apartment although this was in the end of Sep when it was just 18C outside so we didn't need any AC (it could not be switched off). Instead the AC heated the apartment to 26C which was a bit uncomfortable. The owner was very helpful anyway and someone came to check it. They said it would be fixed after we left so I'm sure this won't be an issue for the next guests. Also, the apartment would desperately need a house manual because there are so many high-tech appliances. Like I was just guessing how the washing machine and AC work instead of having a clear guide.

"Excellent Accomadation in a safe area in lovely Como"

A beautiful new spacious apartment, with outdoor space to relax . All faculties are 5 star . Parking was safe and secure . It is a walk from the town but very safe .
