The apartment was very large, clean, and it also had a big terrace overlooking the Arno river.

The lockbox could have been more obvious. The shower was poor

The apartament is located in a convenient location, nice view from the terrace, quite clean, comfortable beds

Location at the noisy street, the bathtub was clogged with dirt. Taking shower unpleasant. For 5 day stay we got one roll of toilet paper.

The view was amazing, and so was the spacious apartment

The location was perfect, the apartment was beautiful & had everything we could possibly need.

Excellent space, good kitchen, living room and balcony. Superb place for a short or medium term stay since it also has a separate study and washing machine too. .

We were delighted with the apartment, the location and the swift response from the owner when we requested another set of keys. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. :) It's just worth mentioning that upon arrival at the address, we were very confused about how to find the key lock box, despite there being details from the owner. It turned out that the lock box was on the OPPOSITE side of the road, which should have been made clearer in the instructions. On a minor note, it would have been nice if there had been a few tea bags, coffee sachets, and sugar in the kitchen, which in our previous experience has usually been the case. All in all, we would definitely recommend the apartment and location. :)

Very clean house, good wifi, great location close to the river and city walls. Good communication with the owner. The apartment is huge and well equipped. Amazing view from the balcony on the riverside.
