The guys at the reception tried to do there best. but when we wanted to talk to the owner, there was no one there. The rooftop was very nice.

There was a lot of chaos with the booked rooms. The kitchen was very dirty.

Great location in Huaraz, Sebastian and Ivan were volunteers there and very friendly and booked tours for me which I highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about the staff here, super friendly and helpful. Wi-Fi is great through the whole building and tours can be booked here too!

Big private rooms and good breakfast

Bathroom was dirty, they didn’t have towels and they didn’t have the correct change for us when paying for the room. Chill out space looked nice but all the chairs had washing hanging off them to dry.
