On getting to Parma we looked for a place to stay on Booking.com. We immediately went to find Casa Cairoli. We arrived at a Casa Cairoli on Via Cairoli, but it wasn't the right one. We rang our propriator over and over again but we got no answer. Eventually we had to find a hotel. Too late the propriator called us back and was not very pleasant on the phone. Our money for the 2 nights was gone and he did not give it back.
