Here are the reasons why you should book this property 1. The host : Roney, amazing guy, just a call away if you need anything. He will put extra effort just to make sure you are enjoying your stay 2. Room: spacious, neat and clean, all the necessary amenities are there. 3 property: well maintained, seems like host has put his heart and soul building it and it reflects when you see the common area 4. Location: away from the noise of city and completely surrounded by nature. Note: enjoy the fireflies in the backyard 5. Accessories: you will get everything thing that you need and it doesn't matter if you are travelling alone, with family or as a couple. It's just perfect 6. Budget: I bet you won't find anything like it in this budget. Two dogs are also there in case you love pet. In case you are afraid of them don't worry, Ronnie will keep them inside their shelter as long as you stay.

Reasons why you should not book this property There is absolutely no reason why you shouldn't book this property. This was my third time in waynad and this was the best property I have booked so far in waynad.

We had the most delightful one-night stay at Roneys Villa in Wayanad on 8th–9th May, and it truly felt like coming home to a warm embrace. From the moment we arrived, our host was incredibly nice and helpful. He was always there for everything we needed, making us feel genuinely cared for and welcomed. His thoughtful hospitality turned our short stay into something truly special. The villa itself is beautiful, but what stood out most was how clean and neat everything was. Our room was spotless and cozy, and the bathroom was not only sparkling clean but also kept perfectly dry — a rare and much-appreciated detail! They had thoughtfully provided a tooth kit with toothpaste and brush, soap, and plenty of toilet paper. What touched our hearts the most was finding a cradle ready for our little one. As parents traveling with a kid, this small gesture meant the world to us and made us feel so looked after. It was a very nice experience and such a pleasant, peaceful stay. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories of Wayanad. Highly recommend Roneys Villa to families and anyone looking for a warm, comfortable home away from home! ❤️ Thank you so much to our wonderful host!
