Heater capacity was not adequate, only one person could use hot water at a time. We had to wait for 10 mins for the water to get heated every-time when someone had to take bath. Room service was not available throughout

Staff were good but the reviews online are really overrated.

It is nothing like the photos shown on Booking.com. The given villa had nothing as mentioned in their description. Expect broken, wet and mouldy walls which is very unhygienic.

Breakfast was good.

I had one of the most awful experiences at this resort. I traveled 3 hours, spent around ₹2,000 on petrol, and paid ₹9,000 for the stay – and honestly, not a single penny felt worth it. At check-in, despite paying an advance of ₹2,500, the lady at the front office forced us to pay the full amount upfront. We reluctantly did so, only to realize soon after that it was a huge mistake. We tried the outdoor activities first – the so-called badminton court was nothing but a muddy swamp. Then we moved to cricket, where the options were two broken plastic bats and one broken wooden bat. The indoor activities were no better – the place looked like an old local village club, overcrowded and poorly maintained. The table tennis setup was in pathetic condition, with broken balls, and the carrom boards had missing coins. The pool was another disaster – the water had a sour taste and clearly wasn’t maintained properly. We ended up skipping meals at the resort altogether and had dinner outside. Coming back to the rooms, the disappointment continued. We had booked a non-AC two-bedroom villa for six people, but only four dental kits and bath towels were provided. The housekeeping was below standard, and facilities were poorly maintained. There were no telephones in the rooms to contact the office, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and there was hardly any mobile network. To add to that, the TV wasn’t working either. When we went to the office to ask about the Wi-Fi, the staff’s reaction was dismissive and unhelpful. With no activities, no Wi-Fi, no network, and nothing functional, we ended up completely bored. What was supposed to be a leisure trip turned into a punishment trip.
