Staff was courteous and helped cleaning the room after we insisted, but overall it did not change our opinion about the place. We had booked for 2 nights but checked out in 12h as we did not like the place. Its a place for masses. This is not a nice place if you are looking for relaxation and quality stay. Not worth the money they charge. Sub standard accommodation and food

Worst stay. Very dirty place. Plastic thrown every where. Poorly maintained. Concrete jungle in the middle of nowhere. No privacy, lot of noise. Beds had cockroaches, walls were stained. There was no restaurant. We can call it a canteen style food serving. Guests were getting into pool in night dresses. Hotel staff were ok with it. Food was very basic. Not very appetizing.

Restaurant was so good , and its chef , manager and the service was very good . We can give 10/10. Food quality and quantity also good .

Worst. The reception, un professional,don’t know how to solve issues and give more convenience to the customers. Attending phone calls and giving response promptly.
