House very clean and in good condition

The cleanliness. Nearby food stalls. Mini market too. There’s a designated parking were provided.

There’s no television. So can be a bit bored at night. Other than that,None.

The location of the property is at Jelutong so it's easy access to nearby attractions in Penang. The owner is friendly and fast respond. There is a dedicated parking lot for quest on this property. The house is clean in tidy. The bed is comfortable. The unit come with drinking water dispenser, fridge, iron, aircond and water heater.

Because of I am with my pregnant wife and my mother who is a senior citizen, no chairs in the house giving a bit uncomfort situation for them especially for my mother to perform a pray. It is good to have a small foldable table and chairs in the house for the convinience of the guest who need it. The unit do not have TV, so a bit boring at night when we stay at the house but this is not a big deal.
