I had a horrible experience at this accommodation. I stayed there for two nights. On the first night, there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. We reported the issue to the staff about three times, but she never resolved it. What I want to complain about the most is the attitude of the staff. She was always late, unresponsive, and completely irresponsible. Most of all, she didn’t even know how to apologize. If you want to enjoy your days in Cusco, never stay at this accommodation.

Wonderfull property in a fabulous location! Staff were extremely helpful and very accommodating.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Excellent location in the heart of Cusco and a short walk to the Plaza de Armas. Was able to check in early and stayed three nights. Highly recommend!

Could use a sign on the street with the hotel name.
