"I would like to stay at this hotel again if the owners make an effort to upkeep the hotel."

Location and car park space

The upkeep of the hotel was poor. Public areas were untidy and unsightly e.g. broom, dustpan and cleaning chemical were kept beside the drinking water dispenser facing the guest stairway instead of being stored in a proper housekeeping storeroom. There was cigarette smoke smell as I enter the guest room.
