The property was great! They accommodated our late check in and easy to contact. Two sitting rooms, a kitchen and dining room, two bathrooms and and two bedrooms. So spacious, two large comfortable double beds.

The apartment was very spacious, interesting layout, old burgher arrangement, private parking, easy access, good public transport near by.

Window blinds on some windows could not be opened, equipment in the kitchen very old and worn out, bathrooms uncomfortable and impractical (toilet bowls poorly fastened, very small shower stall), a lot of noise from the street, even with closed windows (windows close poorly)

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable apartment. Easy self check in. Great kitchen. Lots of natural light considering it is a traditional apartment layout. Good balcony to linger outside. Good lighting in apartment. Easy communication with the owners. I will surely book this place again when I'm traveling to Cagliari.

It was very cold and not enough hot water. The water was often lukewarm. It was freezing in the apartment and I understand the government xo trolls when the heat is turned on but there should be portable heaters to make people comfortable. It was very very cold!

Beautiful apartment, near the center of Cagliari. Very spacious and neat with a big balcony in order to have your coffee or diner and very beautiful furniture. The bedrooms are very comfortable and the two bathrooms are very helpful in order to save time. Also just outside the front door there are bus stops with busses heading to the Poetto beach and the City center. Chiara and her mother, Roberta, were very helpful with everything. If I ever visit Cagliari again I will definitely try to stay there!

The lack of an elevator in the building might make it difficult for some people to reach the apartment's floor
