Beautiful house in an amazing location. The host was amazing, always ready to help whenever we needed. Walking distance to all the main spots in the city, and very friendly neighbourhood.

The house next door was also being rented and people often mistook our lodging with theirs, so we had the bell being rang a few times late in the evening (we have 2 babies who were often sleeping). This is not the hosts fault, but hopefully the house next door can arrange a way for this not to happen anymore.

Super convenient location for everything in Cagliari. All dining places are within a 5-10 minutes walk. Place has private parking which makes it great if you hire a car to explore Sardegna. We had a medium sized car and we managed the roads around with no issues. Beppe was helpful and provided recommendations for the south of sardegna and cagliari. Grazie mille!

The biggest plusses here are the location and, connected to this, the private parking nearby. Also, even though there's a language barrier, contact via messaging and auto translate is reliable and quick.

The owner is a nice person in principle but maybe not 100 percent suited to be a ,host'. For example, there's some minor optical things that could easily be fixed in the flat, like, in ten minutes, but it seems nobody cares to do that. Same with cleanliness. It's a business, which is fine, but there's clearly no ,customer is king' kinda attitude, or not yet. Not a big drama, but relevant for a better review I'd say.

The apartment is excellent! I felt at home the entire time. Interesting layout, lots of space, 2 bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen! It's fantastic that there's also a washing machine. Plus, it's close to the center – just 5 minutes from restaurants and a grocery store. The owner is great, welcomed us, showed everything, and provided parking, which was incredibly convenient. It was a really great choice for us 🙂

This apartment is wonderful! Not only is the size fantastic, but also the layout and the fact that it has two bathrooms! I really appreciated that. The location is just as wonderful, you are in the old town and have a large selection of restaurants to choose from and where you can get a delicious ice cream afterwards during a digestive walk. During our trip to Sardinia we booked several apartments spread across the island so that we had as much variety as possible and saw a lot of the island. Ultimately, this apartment is the undefeated winner of our personal comparisons. It is not to say that the other dwellings are bad; they were great… BUT we especially liked this apartment! Another thing worth mentioning here is the really friendly and accommodating landlord! Thanks again to him for everything, such as tips on where to eat, recommendations for certain areas and beaches, tips about the island, etc. Finally, I would also like to write here that this apartment on the upper floor has a terrace - of course we thought that was great too!

The only point of criticism here is that we are no longer there 😉 I wish all travelers a lot of fun and nice impressions ☀️
