Nicely renovated space

We were not informed when booking that the building, where the space is situated, is under renovation at the moment. We were not pleased with this when we checked in. The entrance to the building was not secured because the entrance gate was open 24 hrs. There was also a lot of dust in the entire building (entrance, walk ways, elevator eg).

A beautiful apartment in a stunning building with amazing views and a perfect location—just a short walk to everything. The AC was a lifesaver in the 38-degree heat. Only thing missing was mugs for tea, but everything else was fantastic. I LOVE Budapest and I’ll definitely be back. 100% recommend!

Excellent location, within a block of the Budapest tram, and a few blocks from Lidl supermarket and restaurants and bakeries. Modern layout, up-to-date appliances, spacious. Nothing showed of excessive wear, in fact, it felt like we were in brand new housing. Even the dishes and cutlery is of excellent quality. Good security for the building and for the apartment.

Somewhat difficult to get to once you are inside the building, even with the welcome video. One of the landmarks we were directed to, an elevator, was out of service. It turned out that that was the wrong elevator; once we figured that out, we had no further problem with entry. I would like to suggest that the owner put together a 2-3 page guide to the area. For example, how to catch the tram, where to go eat or buy take-out if you arrive late. One thing I found out is that seniors travel for free on the busses and trams….handy to know!

Location is great. The flat is clean, enough space, secured, very comfortable. Very nice building.

A very nice, new apartment with modern furniture in an excellent location (M1), with a friendly host who responds quickly to messages. Very clean!
