Emplacement parfait et bonne literie

Wunderschönes Haus, welches sehr sauber, modern und gepflegt ist. Strand ist problemlos zu Fuß erreichbar und ebenfalls sehr schön.

Superbe villa, très bien situé et décoré avec beaucoup de goût ! Le barbecue nous a été très utile ainsi que les terrasses ombragées. Heureusement il y a la climatisation dans toutes les pièces ce qui permet de ne pas souffrir de la chaleur de cette belle Sardaigne. 😀😜. N’hésitez pas à réserver cette villa, Anna est très sympathique et de bon conseil.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön eingerichtet, man hat dort alles was man braucht und man kann den Strand und den Hafen in kurzer Zeit gut zu Fuß erreichen. Die belebte Innenstadt von Villasimius ist mit Auto in 3 min erreichbar. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hat sich bei Fragen und kleinen Problemen sofort gekümmert.

Beautiful setting, old trees and shadow, well maintained. Supermarket and restaurant in walking distance. Beach toys, umbrella‘s were provided.

La villa Margiu est très confortable, très bien équipée, et à 5 minutes en vélo de la plage de Punto Giunco et 15 minutes en vélo de Cala Caterina. Au calme. Avec un joli jardin. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour. La propriétaire Anna a été très réactive quand nous lui avons dit que la machine Nespresso ne fonctionnait plus et deux jours après nous en avions une nouvelle. Elle a aussi répondu très vite dès que nous avions une question. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Great place to stay with the family. We enjoyed it thoroughly. The village Villasimius is simply great and close to the main sand beaches.

Everything needed was there.

Stayed here for my 50th birthday while on vacation from Niagara Falls Canada. Could not have asked for more. Host was available and informative with any issues. House was well maintained, organized and well equipped. Full size fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave made meal prep and our beach picnics a breeze. Ample outdoor space to dine/bbq or just to lounge. Outdoor shower was great when returning from the beach!! Never ran out of hot water. Washing machine and outdoor clothesline came in handy (to hang beach towels when we returned from the beach) and for our 9 day stay. Close to downtown core and all amenities. Could not ask for more.
