The apartment is great - brand new renovated, spacious and clean. Perfect for a family. located in a nice boulevard with many places to eat.

Reason for rating only 8 (because of the below issues, I also considered giving 7): Poor WiFi: The internet stopped working after the first day. I contacted the host, but no suitable solution was provided: the main network was not visible as well as the alternative network given by the host. Fortunately, we had a data plan, so we managed - but it was still frustrating. Hot Water Issues: The hot water system was very inconsistent. During the first few days, the water temperature fluctuated in cycles - about 15 seconds of hot water followed by 20 seconds of cold. You had to time your showers very carefully. On the last day, just before our flight, there was no hot water at all — we tried both in the evening and the following morning, just before heading to the airpoort. Overall, it’s inconvenient to deal with such issues during a vacation. Most people don’t want to spend time messaging back and forth with a host - it’s annoying and takes away from the experience. In the end, we just accepted the situation.

Spacious apartment. Large windows in the living room, allowing lots of ventilation and natural light. In front of beautiful little plaza. Great location in the city, close to everywhere by walking, and also by metro, bus, and tram. Apartment matches pictures. Great communication with hosts. Easy check in and check out. Two ample and beautiful restrooms with ample showers (loved the green tiles!). Elevator was amazing, especially for my parents: one strong reason why I chose this apartment was because of the elevator. The place is quiet, although a bit of noise could be heard at night since the area in the plaza is quite busy with restaurants, nut nothing out of control. The apartment is in a residencial building—it is not a hotel, so regular residents can be seen—that was nice. There is a courtyard which is a nice touch in these old buildings. It is easy to get to the apaartment from the train station by bus or metro (Octogon station).

Cleanliness could be improved. I'm not sure the floors were mopped. The center table did not look clean either, or at least one could see the marks of cups and items placed before (it might be permanent discoloring, who knows). Just minor things: The kitchen could use a larger skillet (the one in there was really small). A small blender would be nice for families to be able to cook. There was no detergent for the washing machine, and there was not enough toilet paper for three people (thankfully, we had some). The living room has two large windows, but no curtains. At night, the light could be blocked only partially since only one of the "window doors" could be closed. We bumped our heads several times in the kitchen, as there is some hanging shelf on the island with weirdly placed metal corners—we couldn't figure out why the shelf was desigend like that. :D It would be great to have a sofa bed in the living room rather than a regular sofa, to allow for three separate sleeping areas.

The location was excellent. The apartment was immaculately clean with everything you needed. Very nicely furnished. The communication with the owner was quick and helpful. We would definitely stay again and happily recommend this apartment to anyone.

Spacious accommodation, very pleasantly laid out and quiet, close to excellent restaurants and shops. The main attractions of Budapest are easily accessible on foot. Beatrix was attentive throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

We liked the location to shops and the Metro. We liked the size of the apartment and the amenities. Bathrooms were clean and spacious. Easy access. Host was responsive to emails and texts.

The dishwasher was difficult to start. May need a service.

Spacious property in a central location within Budapest. Lovely high ceilings, style and character. Great amenities within the apartment and plenty choice of eateries on the same street. Easy walking distance to the sights.
