The apartment was very large compared with other apartments to which we've become accustomed in Italy. Each room was large and comfortable. We had everything we needed (except for an egg flipper/spatula :-) ) and were very happy with the apartment. We also liked the location in terms of proximity to the train station and to centro.

Just a minor detail, I suggest to relocate 2nd air conditioner into principal room, because those are in the same hall point.

Great place for a short stay (3 nights) in Turin. The flat is not very big, but still sufficient. Great air conditioning and very close to the train station. And above all, the price-performance ratio is brilliant.

The beds in the separate bedroom are good, the extra bed (folding bed) is uncomfortable and tilts in the middle.

The cleanlinees inside and the contact with the Host very good, I feel safe and comfortable. The Host gave a lot of useful instructions how to get to the flat, so there was no problems. The flat is close to the main railway station (10 minutes walk), a lot of shops in neighborhood. I recommend this flat 🙂

Well appointed, spacious apartment with imaginative contemporary decor, lying close to Turin Centro and Porta Nuova railway station. The apartment was comfortable and air conditioning had recently been installed. A balcony overlooks a quietish rear courtyard setback from the main Via Umberto. Various cafes, bars and local shops are situated within easy walking distance.

The check-in was difficult and would have been made easier had the host sent a single email which set out requirements. Instead, we received numerous emails through Booking.com - all in Italian which we then had to translate into English. Given that we were already travelling, this was challenging given IT limitations and easy to miss something important. We had to wait over 30 minutes to receive the code for the lock box from the hosts - not ideal given that we'd been travelling all day with our young daughter. Also worth noting that at the time of out stay, there was building work going on within the rear courtyard area. with building waste being dropped down a chute every 10 mins or so during working hours. Whilst not a significant issue for us and clearly beyond the control of the hosts this is perhaps something to be mindful of during Summer 2023.
