Great location in the heart of the Kasbah. The property is amazing with a great roof top seating area.

Oussama is an excellent host, He met us at the Bab Kasbah entrance and guided us to the property. We would stay there again if visiting Tangier. Best wireless reception is on the middle floor; that's where the router is. The air conditioner is on the top (kitchen) floor and with the central open air design, it cools all 3 floors . Decor is modern with traces of traditional with the doors, stained glass, tiles, and metalwork. Washing machine a plus. It is in a quiet pedestrianized neighborhood next to the colorful Rue des Oranges. Walkable to the medina.

Not much room around the beds, but the beds are good sized. The downstairs bathroom has a faint odor, but besides that everything is great. Three stories so you need to be able to climb stairs frequently.

This was a great stay all in all, in a fascinating part of the Kasbah close to the port of Morocco. A short walk through the winding cobblestone streets brought us to a wonderful roof top restaurant overlooking the sea. The home was lovely and the property manager Osama was super helpful - he helped arrange drivers and gave great tips for food and places to see. The rooftop area was a great bonus and the neighborhood is authentic. On our last night we found a great hotel restaurant at the entry to the neighborhood.

We communicated our arrival time with the company, who confirmed that time, but that information wasn't communicated to the property manager so we waited a while before we found the property mgr and were able to get in. A lock box would be better.

Très beau Dar en plein cœur de la médina mais au calme. La terrasse est splendide et les couchers et levers du soleil sont exceptionnels. La maison est très propre et aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Séjour fabuleux avec 3 enfants. Tanger est à découvrir! Tout était parfait

الرياض كان ممتاز جدا ونظيف جدا وموقعه استراتيجي مبنى قديم مرمم بشكل يحافظ على تاريخه والمبنى في وسط المدينه القديمه واحلا شي الي بتشوفه بالصور نفسه الي بتشوفه بعيونك واهم شي كان فيه النظافه معلومات مهمه للي بيسكن 1-معك كبير بالسن المكان فيه طلعات ونزلات بيكون متعب جدا لكبار بالعمر . 2-طبيعة الرياض مافي الغرف شبابيك. 3-أهل المكان والي استقبلني كان محترم جدا . 4- المطبخ بالدور الثالث. 5- السطح حلو ويطل على المدينه القديمه لأنك بوسطها. 6- إذا كان معك سياره فيه مواقف قريبه ولاكن تحتاج تدفع حق اليوم 50 درهم وإذا بتطلع منه يبيلك ترقى طلعه مرتفعه وتبعد عن السكن 3 إلى 4 دقائق مشي .
