Didn't like your front desk attendant Roxana. Her fake smile tells you more. I couldn't see the room before I chose the one I want. Was already past 10am, she said we could take a look but after cleaning, but when we came back after 4pm the room wasn't clean enough, but we didn't notice until was bedtime that the blankets and pillow cases were not changed, bathroom wasn't cleaned, the air conditioning was very very very cold so we couldn't use it the first night and we asked to get it fixed but didn't so we hardly ever use it. I need to point out that the housekeeper was so afraid to get a tip that she refused it. I asked her if she was afraid of getting fired from getting some money tip from the people staying at the hostal, but she not even wanted to look at me. Giving a tip money to the employee and housekeeper at the hostal is my choice. Maybe Roxana treatment to the housekeeping is to harsh and rude. Hope you do something about Roxana and let her know that she is over the limit and she needs to do her job without making anyone feel uncomfortable. One more thing your light is too soft we need to have better lighting inside our rooms.
