Casa Florian

We were met on arrival and shown around the apartment, given general instructions and information on local facilities etc. ang given contact details in the case we needed any help/support, a great reception from Casa Florian. The location in Lucca was super, convenient and a 10-12 minute easy walk from the station. The apartment was clean, room sizes were 3 x double with great space, all the facilities you need for the time you spend in the apartment and local stores for the few items you find you need really close by.

There are a few steps to negotiate with your luggage up to the apartment and when you are going in/out, but see it as part of your daily steps, it isn't hard! Other than that, nothing and the steps are not a complaint just a comment!

Lovely apartment in historical part od the city. All the city monuments and restaurants are very close to it. Large rooms, beautiful equipped living room with a kitchen.

For older persons may be difficult to climb quite steep stairs, flat is on the 3rd floor.

Leider hat unser Aufenthalt nicht ganz unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Der Parkplatz war relativ weit entfernt, was das Ankommen mit Gepäck etwas umständlich machte. Die Küchenausstattung war sehr spärlich, und eine Klimaanlage fehlte komplett bei bis zu 32 °C Raumtemperatur war es entsprechend unangenehm. Hilfsmittel wie Staubsauger oder Kehrbesen waren nicht vorhanden, und die Toilettenbrillen waren locker. Zudem wurde uns nahegelegt, den kleinen Tisch vor der Tür nur für einen kurzen Kaffee zu nutzen, da längere Gespräche als Lärm empfunden wurden. Die im Inserat angegebene Waschmaschine war leider defekt, und um den Müll zu entsorgen, mussten wir erst in der Nachbarschaft nach passenden Tonnen suchen. Insgesamt gab es einige Punkte, die den Aufenthalt erschwert haben, und für den Preis deutlich mehr Komfort und Ausstattung erwünscht wäre.

1. Scale ripide e appartamento al 4 piano, non segnalato, persone con difficoltà motorie non sarebbero riuscite a raggiungere l'appartamento. 2. Assenza di condizionatori e finestre senza zanzariere da non permettere di prendere aria per l'arrivo delle zanzare 3. Pulizia non proprio adeguata 4. Bagni utilizzabili senza poter usare carta igienica per problema alla fognatura 5. Cuscini inesistenti, troppo bassi

Stairs

The location was excellent very central close to shops bars restaurants, the station was an easy 10min walk. The facilities inside the apartment were very good, all amenities in the kitchen and a lovely choice of wine glasses 🍷🥂. Very comfy beds in large bedrooms with plenty of storage/ hanging space. We were met by the host with the keys and he facilitated an early check in time for us.

Nothing tbh Yes there are steps up to property which are quite steep but this was clear in the description 👍

Location was ideal!

The 42 steep steps up to the property! We did not appreciate these were there and looking back at info cannot see any reference to the steps! One of our guests has tow replacement hips and found them difficult.

Location was excellent. Apartment had everything we needed and was clean. Host was friendly and informative.
