Отличный отель с уютным номером! Удобная кровать. Особо хочу отметить персонал , приветливый, отзывчивый!

Особых замечаний нет.

Великолепный завтрак, всё на высшем уровне. Есть всё для гостей разных возрастов. Молодцы !!!

The property is quite new. The beds are big and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was nice. Great towels.

I had booked a deluxe room and the shower actually came off the wall while I was taking a shower, despite this being a new hotel. I told the service agent at the front desk and he kindly gave me another room which was very nice. Unfortunately, the next morning the toilet did not fill up with water anymore so that was extremely unpleasant and embarrassing. The little swimming pool is great, unfortunately when I went down for a swim, the whole area was uninviting and messy. There were flip-flops everywhere and the only table to sit at was dirty, so I did not feel like sitting there and relaxing. When I had gone down to the swimming pool during opening hours, it was locked and there was no explanation as to why. It’s such a pity that the exclusive Sultan Hotel has so many little problems.
