very close to the airport

other than being close to the airport, not a great location as there is a lot of buliding work in the area. Someone walked into our room at 7am in the morning which was very weird and unsettling.

Location to the ferry terminal, grocery store , easy to reach with bus from the airport. Size. Check in instructions thorough and easy to follow. Especially, since the property isn’t manned during certain days/times.

Everything seemed in need of a refresh. Pillows smelled, lights super dim throughout unit which made it very depressing and not inviting. When we walked into the lobby after arriving after a long day of travel, there seemed to be a bachelorette/bachelor party happening in the reception area. We went straight to our room and didn’t hear anything. Just was an awkward first impression of the place.

Our stay at this hotel turned out to be quite a disappointment. We were looking forward to cooking our own meals since each room comes with a kitchenette, however, the state of it was really off-putting. The microwave reeked of fish, utensils had pieces of dried food on them, the fridge was all dirty inside and when we turned on the oven it smoked the whole apartment because there were layers of oil on the inside walls. The location also turned out to be bad. There are ongoing road works and construction works all around the hotel and it feels like the hotel is right in the middle of it all. We also booked it for two people but they left us only one set of beddings (one pillow with a case and one small blanket with a cover). The apartment had a leatherette chair inside and after sitting in one I had some black ink all over my hiking shorts that didn't wash off. The shorts were brand new and after reporting it to the hotel they chose to ignore me. There is also no staff in the hotel after noon so if you have any issues you are left on your own. They are boasting about their 8.1 booking rating all over the hotel, but I would avoid this hotel at all costs. It feels very run down, dirty and unwelcoming. Edit: the hotel's response to this message just further proves that they are dishonest and it's best to avoid them. At no point in my communication I demanded (or even mentioned) free rooms, I have no intention to ever stay in this hotel ever again, free or otherwise. I have also not at any point tied my request for a compensation for a damaged item to either a positive or negative review. All I stated is that my item was damaged due to their negligence and I want a full compensation, which is only fair. There is also no question about the poor state of the apartment that we stayed in - ran down, smelly and dirty. Booking.com should review our communication with this hotel and sanction this hotel for outright lies in an attempt to save their face.

It is the perfect hotel if you have to take the ferry, as it is located near the port. Smooth check in and check out. A supermarket is in front.

The room and bathroom are standard, the is not much storage space.

We liked the location, as it is very close to the airport and convenient for the rest of places we planned to visit.

Maybe the smell the apartment had but nothing very noticeable.

Easy to check in and out with kind information. All kitchen ware and facilities are well ready to use them easily.

Coffee make is not clean yet for next visitor. It needs to be cleaned before. Other than that all is perfect to stay.

It was perfectly located for my work at Baker Hughes and the price was fair.

The curtains did not keep out the light, so the room never got dark during the summer nights.
