직원분들이 모두 친절하고 응대가 정성스러워 처음부터 편안한 인상을 받았습니다. 객실은 깨끗하고 아늑하게 관리되어 이동으로 지친 몸을 쉬기에 정말 좋았습니다. 특히 유료 세탁 서비스가 있어 장거리 여행 중 이용하기에 매우 편리했고, 체크아웃 후에는 공항까지 저렴한 택시를 직접 불러주셔서 큰 도움을 받았습니다. 세심한 배려에 진심으로 감사했습니다. 카자흐스탄 악타우에 다시 방문한다면 꼭 다시 머물고 싶은 호텔입니다. 한국 분들께 강력 추천합니다. All staff members were very kind and welcoming, which made my stay comfortable from the beginning. The room was clean and cozy, perfect for resting after a long journey. I especially appreciated the paid laundry service, which was very convenient during long-term travel. After check-out, the staff kindly helped by calling an affordable taxi to the airport, which I was truly grateful for. Their thoughtful assistance made a strong impression on me. If I visit Aktau, Kazakhstan again, this is definitely a hotel I would love to stay at once more. I highly recommend this hotel to Korean travelers.
