As others mentioned already, the air conditioner in the small bed room doesn't work properly and hor water was limited. Those points should be repaired by the owner. Otherwise clients can reconize and won't come back again

The room that we were assigned to was not habitable for anyone . It was completely enclosed with no open windows at all. This room is most likely a violation of the fire code as there is no escape route. Upon check in, we told the young host working for the owner that the room was not acceptable since there were no open windows. In addition to no windows or ventilation, the room was consumed with chemical smells and perfumes. It was not possible to air out the room. It was not acceptable for anyone to stay in. We told the young worker that we needed a different room with a window. He said they were full. We then requested to cancel. He told us he couldn’t refund us for the night, but was able to refund us the second night. That did NOT happen. The owner charged us for both nights in full, even though we told them we were not staying there. This is unacceptable business practice. You will see in the photos that one window is completely closed with clear bricks. The other open is to a terrace that is a completely closed with no open air, and an air conditioning compressor blowing in hot air

DKThe service provided by Mirko the host was great. Communicated at all times. The property was as described and good. Our car broke down, and he was so supportive in assisting in finding a mechanic. Location is very concerned and quiet. Beach is a 2-minute drive and a 15-minute walk. I highly recommend this property.
Didn't like there is no clear signage of the property. We drove past it as it was hard to spot.
