I booked this motel just because needed place to sleep for a night, but to my surprise I had the worst experience with the person managing this motel’s via Whatsapp. The whatsapp enquiries replied late, sometimes they don’t even bother to reply. The worst part was they got offended by “Gentle reminder” message that I sent to them - received a phone call from the motel’s person (a chinese guy) shouted in anger 🤬 (not even say hi or introduce himself) just because of us reminding them to return the deposit. He rudely dropped the call in the midst of the conversation. Then, about the room itself, the room was smelly (musty odor like wet dirty towel), aircond was very noisy. No sink in the toilet and no bedside table. But understandable considered the price of the room is cheap. The owner or whoever managing their whatsapp need to improve their customer service skills, professionalism and learn some manners. I know its a cheap motel but thats not an excuse to be rude to your customer! Cheap rate + mediocre room + rude staff = so not worth it guys. Not recommend this motel at all, better find another options. Ciao!
