very friendly and helpful owners, very comfortable bed, quite area. ideal if you like to rent a motorbike. various local shops nearby. 5 minutes drive to the aonang center.

Spacious clean room

The room smelled musty. (I guess because of ventilation absence). Cleaning service provided once a week and towels refresh once in 3 days, because "we care about environment" (oh yeah?!). But! You can't get it if you don't remind them. Also, there is nobody on the reception, all questions you should solve via messenger and wait few hours.

Lots of things. The air con was broken and it was 35C at night. Was terrible. Also I paid for an upstairs room with a King Bed and was given a ground floor room with twin beds in mosquito land. Saying “oh we will just put the two single beds together” is an insult. It’s the worst - sleeping on a divided bed. There is no reception to check in. Only a phone number to call someone to check you in .If you don’t have a phone then you can’t contact them. Another guy was waiting 3 hours to check in. It’s not a hotel - just rooms in a condo. The location is like 30-40 mins walk to the beach. It’s not Ao Nang but Khlong Haeng. Then when I asked for a rerun they still charged me full price for a broken air con room night of hell. I had to call Booking.com for like 20 mins which was a hassle. Then had to contact them again as the refund didn’t come. I can only think that there are lots of fake reviews on Booking.com

The room was a nice size and the bed was comfortable. There wasn’t daily house-keeping but requests were responded too very quickly. For example, fresh towels or toilet paper. Having bedside tables and lamps were much appreciated.

The room is large and the location is amazing if you want to stay away from the crowds of tourist and hang more with the locals. Note if you are not a walker you def need to rent a scooter to get to the beach and night market. I myself just walked the 15-20 min down to the beach area each day and spent more time eating at the local restaurants and food stalls around me. There is 7-11, grocerystore ane breakfast/lunch and dinner spots near by.
