Great location, clean, plenty of room for a family of five

It was really noisy at night, the bathtub/shower did not drain well and was really gross to stand in.

Convenient to downtown. Hostess very responsive to issues.

It’s on the fourth floor, so Americans remember that yhe bottom floor is zero (0) so that’s four flights of stairs - NO elevator. Also, be careful in shower- slippery! Also, there is another apt right next door w very thin walls and our neighbors were very loud.

The apartment is spacious, clean & value for money.

The area looks a bit shabby (think this is a residential area) although not too far from the port, there are four flights of stairs to walk with your cases as no lift.

Little kitchen set up, comfortable bed, chairs and table. Host was flexible about check in time and very responsive via WhatsApp.

Not a huge problem for us but could be for some - this unit is on the 4th floor with no elevator. If you have mobility issues or a lot of luggage, it may be a problem.

Check in and check out is very convenient, the apartment is nice and clean, the kitchen utensils are also full for a couple. Parking on the street is also easy to find around there. Move to the sightseeing monuments in the center about 5-8 minutes walk. Highly recommended for couples on short trips.

The apartment is situated just a short walk from the Split old town, there is a free parking zone around the place but finding a parking spot can be difficult. The host was easy to reach and very quick to reply. Apartment was clean and everything needed was there.
