Ecozy studio

Everything about this place.. every little details.. its a must to go.. definately need to go back there..

The apartment has nice decoration, is cozy and has a big garden area with a hammock and darts to play. One can also park the car there. The kitchen is small, but you have everything you need. The host was very kind and communication was easy via WhatsApp. We had a very early arrival and could check in early as well. He also contacted us after our stay because I forgot my swimsuit :D thanks!

The apartment is a bit off the city center, so you definitely need a car (but it's close to the airport!). The shower didnt have a lot of pressure and needed time to get warm. The bed seems to be a bit older, at least one could feel the mattress spring ;) Same with the grille in front of the sliding door - it was a bit stuck from time to time. Things the owner cannot really do a lot about, but we still want to mention: there were quite some ants in the apartment and lots of mosquito outside, so you better bring a nobite spray. At night, you could hear wild dogs barking outside - but you nearly have that everywhere on the island in rather communal areas.

Wonderful stay in Mahébourg! The location was perfect for exploring the charming town and nearby beaches. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The host was very kind & friendly. Will definitely come back!

Located in a quiet residential area. Basically a 1br apartment on a private block of land. A walk in to town is only 1.2km but there is a bus stop nearby. Self check in was straight forward. The ceiling fan, fridge and tv all worked fine. Lighting was good. The bed had clean linens and was comfortable enough. Tables and seating inside and outside on the terrace. Communication with the owner was only by online.

Limited hours for water pressure each day. I had no hot water for showering. Ants are a problem as well as other small bugs. Only one small restaurant with limited menu nearby.

it’s very clean and cute little studio with big garden in front, which gives full privacy. that was nice.

but this studio has NO AC. it’s something so obvious for Mauritius that while booking I didn’t notice that this place has only fan. it was hot and uncomfortable and totally unexpected to be honest. mattress was not comfortable as well. you can feel the springs. plus hot water’s pressure in the shower is super low, it’s barely there.
