CAL’emplacement très près de tout. L’appartement est grand, bien pensé, bien divisé et décoré de façon charmante. Il est très agréable.
La gestion de l’eau chaude. L’eau chaude fonctionne avec une minuterie et autrement si on l’allume le chauffage à l’eau chaude part aussi ce qui rend l’étage très chaud. Parfois l’eau chaude ne fonctionnait simplement pas. L’électricité faisait aussi que les appareils surchauffaient. Finalement, c’est tout de même dispendieux on s’attendrait donc à ne pas avoir à gérer ce genre d’enjeux.
