Appartamento pulitissimo,ben arredato e ben accessoriato, Maurizio padrone di casa gentilissimo,educato,sempre disponibile e pronto x informazioni o consigli. Molto carino il terrazzino dove poter mangiare la sera. Nn troppo lontano dal centro città e da vari supermercati ,rosticcerie, ristoranti e bar.

Appartamento accogliente, pulito e ben allestito.

Leggermente fuori mano, rispetto al centro, ma con la superstrada a due passi e perfetta per i nostri spostamenti, se non devi muoverti verso il centro di Olbia, perfetto.

Ubicación, lejos del centro. Al lado estaban haciendo obras y había ruido por la mañana temprano

Very nice appartment, with a lovely terrace where we spent every evening. The kitchen was well equipped, spacious living room and bathroom. The bed was comfortable. Internet was very fast, AC working well and washing machine available. Parking available next to the building. We highly recommend Casetta Pitz. Endroit calme, sécurisant dans une zone résidentielle. Appartement propre. Disponibilité des hôtes.

The apartment was very well furnished and very clean. It was very comfortable and had everything you would need to prepare a meal - pots, pans, utensils etc. Mr. Maurizio was quick to respond and meet us at the apartment to explain everything. There is also a dedicated parking spot.

This is not the apartment's fault, but just FYI that construction was happening very close by and started in the mornings, so keep that in mind if you like to sleep in (and pack some earplugs). It was not an issue for us because we woke up fairly early and it did not bother us.

The property is very close to the center yet feels retrieved and it’s own quiet area. The balcony is a great place to enjoy some wine and relax after a long. The property was extremely peaceful.

I have no complaints at all!
