Booking pay two times from my acount and now j have to wait what gona hapend

In mod normal nu scriu review-uri la cazarile rezervate prin booking decat daca sunt diferente semnificative intre media notelor primite de la turistii anteriori si experienta pe care o am eu in locatia respectiva. De data asta voi scrie totusi un review, desi nota 10 ramane, doar pentru a sublinia calitatea amenajarilor si a dotarilor acestui apartament, posibil unii dintre noi neavand nici acasa asemenea conditii si aranjamente la care se vede clar implicarea unui designer... De laudat curajul de a inchiria un astfel de apartament unor turisti ce pot fi inclusiv din categoria celor care nu stiu sa aprecieze si sa respecte sau sa aiba grija de un astfel de apartament si asta pentru un pret semnificativ mai mic decat ai putea gasi la o pensiune sau hotel de 3 stele din Bucuresti (apartamentul oferind conditii superioare acestora). Cel mai important, remarcabila curatenia ce am gasit-o la apartament, una facuta in detaliu si nu doar de suprafata. Cateva detalii practice: - locatia la aproximativ 5-6 minute de mers pe jos de statie metrou, statie autobuz, statie tramvai, Kaufland si la alte 4-5 minute in plus Lidl, zona linistita ca trafic si iluminata noaptea - bloc nou, apartament spatios, incapator pentru o familie cu 2 copii mari, balcon (pentru relaxat/servit cafea ori lasat rufe la uscat), aparate aer conditionat in ambele camere, televizoare in ambele camere, masina spalat rufe, tot felul de accesorii bucatarie

Trec totusi un aspect pentru care e mai bine sa fiti pregatiti, mai ales daca ajungeti tarziu si/sau obositi: prima intrare in apartament si accesul catre si de la parcarea (gratuita/rezervata) de la subsol, ceva mai complicat decat ma asteptam. Cand ajungeti, fie aveti noroc de gasit liber la locurile de parcare de langa bloc pana intrati in apartament si luati cartonasul pentru acces la parcarea de sub imobil, fie stationati cu avariile cateva minute pe soseaua dintre bloc si Kaufland, fie mergeti si lasati masina in parcarea Kaufland; Apoi la subsol, daca nu aveti masina cu senzori (cazul meu), o sa aveti ceva emotii la manevrele necesare pentru parcat masina pe locul rezervat, iar pentru a iesi apoi de la subsol in cladirea unde e apartamentul... e un fel de joc 'escape room' de nivel mediu/avansat :) (dar in cel mai rau caz patiti ca mine si iesiti in alta scara/bloc, dar care are parc/curte comuna cu scara unde este apartamentul ;) )

Curățenia impecabilă , totul era ordonat, bine întreținut și igienizat. Designul interior plăcut – decorul a fost primitor, modern, cu atenție la detalii. Atmosfera liniștită – un loc perfect pentru relaxare și odihnă. Check-in ușor și flexibil ,fără stres. Simțul ospitalității . Gazda ne-a așteptat cu cafea și cu apa . O experiență pozitivă pe care aș recomanda-o cu încredere și altora.

recently stayed at this flat in Bucharest for a holiday, and I can confidently say it was exceptional from every point of view. The apartment was not only spotless and beautifully designed, but also equipped with all the facilities one could possibly need—from a fully stocked kitchen and comfortable bedding to high-speed Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The location was fantastic, close to everything—cafés, restaurants, parks, and public transport—yet peaceful enough to relax and feel at home. The host was extremely responsive, friendly, and made sure every detail was perfect before and during my stay. This place truly felt like a luxury escape in the heart of the city. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, style, and convenience in Bucharest. I’d return here without hesitation!

Honestly, there was very little to complain about. If I had to mention something, perhaps the instructions towards rubbish room could have been a bit clearer at first—but the host was quick to respond and help. It didn’t affect my stay in any meaningful way.

This property has everything for a city traveller. I flew to Bucharest with my family (wife and child) and we had a very good time staying in this apartment. It was very clean and the parking access (Bay 9) was a bonus for us. Haven't used but there is a laundry washing machine, we have used: fridge, kettle, cutlery and plates, fridge, wifi (fast connection). The host is very responsive and ready to answer any questions. If I would have to travel back to Bucharest, I would only stay at this property.

The apartment was extremely clean , perfectly white and fresh bedsheets, neat floors with warm heating , 4 clean towels and as an extra 2 big water bottles and 2 authentic Romanian beers in the fridge for the guests . The building was recently built and it had 2 brand new and modern elevators , which is a must for those that travel with big bags and heavy luggage’s and know on experience what most of the buildings in Bucharest have to offer and how old and inconvenient the elevators there are . Right next to the building you have a few groceries shops Lidl Kauffland etc . The host was very helpful and responsive at all times , tops , I was given the possibility to check in at an earlier time based on plane arrival .

To me it felt a bit far from my destinations .. 14 min drive to Park Lake mall and 25 -30 min to Calea Victoriei during the daytime , about 50 min to airport OTP.
