Villa Kalamansi Seminyak

The villa was very spacious, nice pool and a very good size. Local to nice restaurants and bars.

Smell of damp and mold in the upstairs bedroom and front bedroom. The maid did a very good job of cleaning but we found that between her and the gardener they spent too much time at the property 9am till 3pm at the earliest made our time in the villa very limited as we felt awkward and couldn’t relax, we also didn’t enjoy being asked every time we moved where we where going and what we where doing. When going out we where asked where we where going and when we would be back. Because of the smell upstairs in the main bedroom we booked the villa for we didn’t use this room, my partner went up on two occasions to use the toilet as the down stairs one was clogged or being used and the curtains where shut and noise could be heard in the room like someone was staying in there. The wifi was always dripping out and the tv didn’t work.

Upstairs bedroom floor & bed is very noisy. who ever stays in the room beneath can hear every step above.

The villa was very good and in a good location, Same as it looked in photos but one concern all the property need to be updated time to time in terms of photos by booking.com because the photos shown on website are very beautiful but there are bit and more not the same. We would recommend it to stay. The host was really good, very helpful in nature.

There were lizard on the property, but considering garden in the property it could be natural. So if you are not scared of them it not a problem.

Ella the staff member is amazing, very friendly and accomodating

there was no shade for the pool, rats, wifi dropped out for 3 days, floor in the upstairs bedroom is like your going to fall through it, fridge wasnt working when we arrived

Was an amazing stay loved this place so much, even better than the pics and description!! Awesome location and very secure with own personal security.
