Unfortunately there were so many problems, it was a very unpleasant stay

On a main road so Constant traffic noise made it impossible to sleep Dirty there were cockroaches, it smelled, mould in the coffee pot, shower full of hair, dirty sink,

Ilaria è l host numero 1 ...Ci ha accolte con tanta ospitalità e amicizia preoccupandosi di essere presente su tutti i fronti dandoci consigli in qualsiasi momento ne avessimo bisogno.La casa è meravigliosa è una vera coccola e il bagno che viene indicato nelle altre recensioni come"poco comodo",in realtà ha tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno incluso un antibagno... bisogna considerare che nel centro storico le case hanno una storia di vita e di modi di costruire storici e il bello è proprio stare lì per la loro autenticità... Monopoli è bellissima e ci resterà nel cuore ma ancor più la meraviglia Ilaria che ci ha fatto vivere attraverso i suoi racconti e modi di fare la bellezza della Puglia

Es cómoda. Espaciosa en sus habitaciones. Que tenía Lavarropas. Miriam es sumamente servicial y estuvo presente ante el corte de luz inmediatam.

Le falta atención a la limpieza de las cosas de cocina. La instalación eléctrica no tolera el horno y el aire acondicionado al unísono. Falta luz en la cocina. El baño está mal diseñado. Es muy pequeña la zona de la ducha. Le pondría una mampara porq el agua se sale fuera del baño y la cortina se te pega al cuerpo. Cosa q no es agradable.

Great location and excellent communication with the staff. Everything you need is available: towels, kitchen equipment, a washing machine, toiletries provided, and rooms in typical Italian style. You'll fall in love. We highly recommend it.

Posizione molto comoda, vicina al centro e al mare con parcheggio gratuito tra le viuzze

Il bagno effettivamente è da migliorare però per un soggiorno di qualche giorno è ok

Idealna lokalizacja, 10min do starego miasta :) klimatyczne mieszkanko, miła i pomocna właścicielka. Porządna klimatyzacja, co ważne przy ich temperaturach. Dość łatwo o parking. Szczerze polecamy i chętnie wrócimy jak będziemy w tym rejonie ❤️

Drobne uwagi: Brak normalnej kołdry jak to w południowych krajach, ale na moją prośbę właścicielka przyniosła kocyk :) Brak suszarki do włosów. Z rzeczy, na które właścicielka nie ma żadnego wpływu: dość mała kabina prysznicowa, co jest trochę niekomfortowe dla osób o większych gabarytach. Oraz zaskakująco ruchliwa ulica😂

Casa Rosaria had a great location, a short flat walk to the Historic centre & beaches.The apartment had everything to prepare meals for our stay. All the little things necessary to make it a 'home away from home..' Albeit being located on a popular street , we did not find it a problem. Easy level street acces , no internal stairs, was ideal for my 87 year old mum ...Decor was lovely, Ilaria has great style and understanding of what a guest needs..There was a small problem with the internet ( Monopoli, generally does not have strong connectivity), but Ilaria went over & beyond to ensure the WiFi connectivity..Ilaria was a kind and extremely understanding host in a difficult time ..Grazie Mille..we will be back next year 🙏

Everything was wonderful! Yes, as other guests mentioned, the shower cubicle is small ..but manageable 🤗
