Clean, spacious apartments with a good kitchen and bathroom. The balcony was very large and we could spend some time chilling on the balcony. The location is also perfect - just few minutes drive to a big shopping mall and not too far from the center of the city. It was also very useful that there was washing machine what we could use.

There is no good places to have breakfast or dinner in nearby, but it's just a small inconvenience, which is easily can be fixed in the kitchen or 5-minute drive. A bit tricky to find place for the parking, but not impossible.

Parking can be problematic in the evening

Excellent condition. Clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Very quiet and safe. Friendly and flexible host. Everything you need for a great stay. Great instructions and easy check in and out. Amazing outdoor space. Great bed and pillows . Appreciated the espresso machine with ground coffee.

TV placement awkward for viewing from ouch. Missing oven gloves. 2 levels of stairs to climb

Nothing really....

A beautiful accommodation, where we felt FREE. Maybe because of the warm breeze from the terrace and the cool air conditioning inside. Anyway, an extraordinarily beautiful accommodation with modern and quality furniture, quality kitchenware, clean and nice-smelling linen. The sofa in the living room, which unfolds, makes your back a bit sore until the next day. A thicker mattress would be needed. It was the only place in this vacation where I had about 10 accommodations, where I found a coffee machine and could drink a good coffee. The apartment is on the first floor and you go up 2 sets of steps, which pass in front of the door where the host lives, but don't bother you. We stayed for about 5 days and only met her when she gave us the keys. We went every day to Villasimius, where we went to the beach, so we only stayed in the apartment long enough to sleep and drink coffee in the morning.

Even though the owner says that you have secured parking on the street, I had problems with parking the car, because I had to move it, without the host coming up with any solution. In such cases, he should find a solution with the garage he has. There would be little interest in moving the car that leaves early in the morning. But he was not interested in this aspect, even though I sent him a message that I couldn't find a parking space even though I had given the wheel to the neighborhood about 3 times.

The beds were incredibly comfortable. The mattresses were firm and supportive. The terrace was spacious and well-furnished. There was a table and chairs. I loved sitting on the terrace in the morning with a cup of coffee. There is a free parking on the street.

Perfect for a short stay whilst visiting Cagliari. Giorgio was a great host, greeting us on arrival and showing us around the apartment, which was very clean and well-equipped.
