Bagoly Wellness Apartman

The view is really fantastic during the day and at night! The style of the apartment is well designed. You can really have your private space.

The apartment was really dirty when we arrived. When we asked for cleaning it was done the next day. Unfortunately one wall of the bedroom was completely vet from the bathroom, this was tried to be hided with plastic flowers!!! There should be a broken water pipe or the tiles were not installed professionally. (This could be detected while taking a shower…) On the top of that every corner in the bedroom and living room was heavily moldy. The side of the jacuzzi was broken. The lights on the side of the stairs were not working and were not repaired after we mentioned it to the stuff. Because of that the way to the apartment was dangerous in the dark.

The location was amazing, the spa, the jacuzzi and the views to the city were also great. Highly recommend it!

Amazing location, quiet but fully equipped for a wellness weekend. There is a top notch restaurant in the next building with exceptional food.

The jacuzzi and sauna are obviously why we decided to stay. The view from the terrace is beautiful.

Based on the price, I expected flawless and spectacular accommodation, to appreciate guests in every possible way. Managing this apartment needs way more attention: in the jacuzzi, there was plenty of hair (disgusting). Toilet seat is broken and it makes it almost impossible to sit (it moves in all directions, it's not attached anymore at all to the toilet). The key lock is moving and makes it more difficult to open the door. There is not even a bottle of water that would be offered for free as a welcome drink. I asked why we don't have the sunbeds as the other apartment had on its terrace, but the owner had no interest to check. I requested to have extra items during breakfast ( I don't eat meat) and nothing was prepared, so my request was ignored despite stating that the property accommodates any dietary needs. There is absolutely no choice if you don't eat meat, very poor selection, no healthy choices, but typical Hungarian heavy food (5 types of salami, pastries, white bread). If you arrive at breakfast at 9:30 am (it's served until 10 am), most of the items are eaten and the staff doesn't replace them. We were departing on Monday and breakfast on Monday had half of the food that was available during the weekend, even for my partner who eats meat there was not much to choose from. I'm extremely disappointed that the hospitality standard is at least 2 stars. I'm rating my experience and approach from the staff. It's very far from the standard I'm used to.
