BRVery nice house in "Zeeland" we enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. Near the beach and nice places to go for a walk. The host gave us some tips of the region, please keep doing that, it is always nice to hear from "locals" where to visit. Although we have already been in Zeeland sometimes and know the region, the tips were something new.
Not flexible check in and check out times. I called some days before and asked if we could arrive later and it would only be possible if we paid extra charges, so we replaned and arrived on the expected time. In the end they left the key in a safe place for a self check in and arriving later would actually not have been a problem. There were also some extra 30€ charges for cleaning, although when we booked, the cleaning (75€) was already included in the price. They say it was because we left on a Sunday. Well I really don't believe most people leave on a Monday, so it came really unexpected. I do recommend the place and would come again, but there are extra charges. For the host, if there are possibilities to be flexible (like self check in) please offer that, instead of charging extra...

DEDie Lage war ausgesprochen gut. Man konnte viel erleben in der Nähe!
Wir sind in der Welt schon gut vereist und haben schon einiges erlebt. Jedoch bei der Ankunft, wurden wir leider von einer sehr unfreundlichen Gastgeberin erwartet. Unser Navi hat uns bis zur Haustür gefahren bevor wir die Gastgeber kontaktiert haben vor der Ankunft. Das war der Gastgeberin wohl nicht recht. Lieber hätte sie uns an der Schranke des Ferienparks erwartet. Dieser Fakt war wohl Grund genug uns sehr unfreundlich zu "empfangen".. Aus mir unverständlichen Gründen kam sie schlecht gelaunt schon aus dem Auto und teilte ihr Missmutig mit.. Es erfolgte keine Einweisung oder ein herzliches willkommen! Am Abend, kam der Gastgeber nochmal vorbei und hatte eine wesentlich freundliche Art an sich.. Wie man es gewohnt ist, wenn man erstmal ankommt. Dieser Erstkontakt, hat uns unseren Einstieg in den Urlaub leider verdorben. Unter dem Schnitt, war die Ferienwohnung gut und die Lage wie beschrieben auch. Leider würden wir aufgrund des Empfangs nicht mehr zurück kommen, da man auch als Gastgeberin anders auf die Gäste eingehen sollte! Ich wünsche daher allein weiteren Gästen eine besser gelaunte Gastgeber Frau.

Property is provide by private not by resort. There is no information written by English so, I paid extra charge for cleaning. If I knew about cleaning information, I could avoid pay extra charge. During I stay, I found piece of glasses under the sofa. I wonder who will pay extra cost to me because of non-cleaning property before customer arrival. ** Add more details ** What a horrible reply I never received before from other property. As you said,I'm living Netherlands and I have Dutch phone number but, I don't understand what is relate my Dutch languages and your awful place in Zeeland. For the future, remove English from site information to avoid any confuse. Of course I will not visit your terrible place again. Your property must be blacklist on the website so other peoples not waste their money & time. SHAME ON YOU
