"Superb"

Spacious house..bedroom fully aircond...very comfy bed..having a family hall for jemaah prayer..very near the mosque..near the beach..

Not to say i didnt like..but the clealiness to improve a bit..i.e the bathroom mirror the bathroom door..underneath the kitchen sink..to.add more value...maybe add a bigger dining table for 6-8...a working table..for those who wfh like me..the fence is not working..otherwise its ok..

Location is near to the beach site but the hse is no maintenance well. lot's of spider in toilet or room and also some ants on the floor.

Cleanliness and house need for maintenance.
