Extremely beautiful and serene surroundings. So peaceful and tranquil. Accommodation was really good and clean. Everything you need. Staff were so helpful and anything we needed we just needed to ask.

"Rather unfair to comment in general as I spent very little time in the accomodation."

Location near Informal settlement. No stand / house number provided and no name on property / gate. Google maps took me through a "not so nice area" to get there. That said, security was fine within the property and I didn't feel unsafe at all.

"Pathetic - maybe the host should stick to animal rescue as she has no interpersonal skills."

When we arrived the gate intercom was not working. A staff member was leaving so she let us in. The host was nowhere to be seen. Later she answered her phone and advised that she would forward the gate and wifi numbers. An hour later I went looking for her for the gate access as I needed to go out to buy coffee and sugar as this was not provided. Wifi was very weak and intermittent. We were told there are 108 cats on the property and there are also between 15to 20 dogs of all sizes. Early hours of Sunday morning the dogs started alarm barking. The host was unavailable and with all the barking sleep was impossible. We packed up and left at 2-15am.
