The owner renovated the apartment and put a lot of effort and attention to details. They did a great job! The owner is also very friendly and welcoming, so check in was super fast and easy

Despite all the good things mentioned. The problem are the extremely thin walls of the apartment and the neighbors that have the first alarms at 5:00 in the morning and snooze it every 5 minutes till 6:30. The alarm just continues ringing in your ears. The first night/morning I rang the doorbell twice. I asked them an evening not so snooze their alarm for 1.5 hours, but it didn’t work and the next day same nightmare. You can bang on the walls and it helps a bit. But my sleep was ruined for 2 nights. So the apartment is perfect if you are deaf, but if you don’t like sleeping with noises, this is probably not the best choice for you…

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le lieu était propre et parfaitement équipé pour notre séjour.

Tout était parfait.

El alojamiento es un apartamento entero reformado con muchos detalles y muy bonito. Su ubicación es inmejorable entre Catania y Siracusa. La relación calidad-precio es top. Sin duda repetiría en el futuro

Quizás que había poca presión del agua en la ducha, pero no pasa nada.

L'host è stato gentilissimo, disponibile alle nostre esigenze. L'appartamento, al nostro arrivo, era pulito e con l'aria condizionata accesa, un'accortezza che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Siamo rimaste colpite dal fatto di avere acqua fresca ad attenderci e qualche snack pronto per uno spuntino veloce. Un paio di opzioni per la colazione e la macchinetta del caffè. L'appartamento nel complesso é risultato utile e adatto alle nostre esigenze. È vicino a diversi punti focali, raggiungibili a piedi, come pizzerie, supermercati ecc..

Nonostante l'appartamento abbia tutto ciò di cui una persona in vacanza potrebbe aver bisogno (dal ferro da stiro, al set da cucito), bisognerebbe comunicare che è situato ad un terzo piano senza ascensore, cosa che è "proibitiva" per chi è avanti con gli anni.

When we arrived, the host was waiting for us, we did a quick tour, everything was spotless, and the flat had all amenities: two AC units, tv which we used especially.

The water pressure was a bit low in the shower, but other than that we had no issues whatsoever.
