IEThe property was a Homestay and the couple who ran it were very pleasant . It had a pleasant garden and outdoor space. The sleeping area was very basic. A relatively uncomfortable mattress with springs. I was awakened 2 nights with a little mouse running along the wall at the bottom of the bed. Didn’t really bother me but could freak others out . Toilet and washing area is either outside or off the kitchen. The entrance from the road to the property is steep downhill. Basic but pleasant The evening meal was very good. Breakfast could be more imaginative.
The place has a nice vibe to it. It has huge potential Look, when u come from Europe and u find somewhere to stay for 25€for a few nights. It’s amazing value. And it’s nice to stay in homestead. Good quality mattress. A change of towels and a few small changes would make this place a nice stay .
INhospitality, love and warmth ....a home away from home...the place has two small room one big room and 5 dorm beds ...wooden flooring, nice set up, laundry and free water (filter tap own refill)available..very beautiful garden and views ..filling dinner and nice cofee ...i would definitely come back and recommend a stay here...best part its not far from sapa town yet you get beautiful valley views and sounds of silence
IEDuc & Linh’s homestay is beautifully situated, nestled on a mountainside overlooking a valley. It’s also just a short distance from the centre of Sapa and easy to reach by motorbike or Grab ( there is short steep descent from the main road). Duc was such a welcoming and helpful host, I did a group trek that he booked for me and it was the highlight of my trip in Vietnam. The family meals were delicious and a lovely way to spend the evening, chatting & singing karaoke! Note that the mattress in the private room is quite firm which didn’t bother me at all. I was provided with extra blankets to cushion it.

DEBest homestay I ever visited. They have a beautiful garden with a great view over the mountains. Leigh was the best host you could imagine, such a kind soul. Family dinner were super social and fun, the food was delicious
