A little out of town - suited us though
FIClean, affordable and flexible! Property and rooms were always clean, great value for money. Friendly staff. We unexpectedly needed a room one night before our actual booking and a few hours later we got into our room, with an early check in. This saved our trip to Sapa!
Location is a bit far away from the sapa town. The was no sound proofing between rooms. But with this price these thing did not matter.

ITOttimo! Duc è stato super gentile e disponibile, ha organizzato per me i trekking per visitare risaie e tribù locali, si è reso disponibile per qualsiasi mia richiesta in tempi velocissimi! Offre il noleggio moto nella sua homestay! Letti comodi e riscaldati! Quando ritornerò a Sapa sicuramente ritornerò qui!
ITLo staff è molto cordiale e disponibile e il giardino ha una vista molto bella sulle risaie. Il prezzo è molto basso e conveniente.
Il bagno e tutta la struttura sono molto "tradizionali", quindi per via delle aperture nei muri faceva abbastanza freddo.
CAThis is more for the lower budget younger crowd. The staff were nice. A 10 minute walk from the main road with nice views.
The mattresses in my room were on the floor and the walls were paper thin so I could easily hear other people even downstairs. I guess I'm just too old for this type of accommodation.

Il y a aucune isolation phonique et on entend tout, les chambres d'à côté, le couloir, en bas, dehors. Sommeil léger c'est compliqué.
