Unique. Loved it.

Interesting spot run by a dancer and architect/artist. Fascinating layout that our 9 year old loved. Really creative with the accommodations and a 10 minute walk to the main plaza in Merida. Very easy to get around and parking was right in front. Very, very cool people.

Wish we could've stayed a couple of extra days. There's a lot to see in Merida.

I was surprised when we opened the door to see construction materials, a construction site, and building noise going on as we walked in. We had no idea even though we had exchanged messages with the owner.

The place once finished will be very nice, Beth the owner, is doing a creative and interesting project, but should not be renting until all work is finished. We didn’t use the grounds since there are construction workers most of the time and lots of dust, needs maintenance which must be difficult specially in the garden and pool areas. The double room where we stayed has a good bathroom a mini bar (not a kitchenette), the best feature was the front terrace to watch the stars in the evening. We really liked the design; lamps and beds etc, but the poliéster linen was uncomfortable for sleeping, cotton linen would be a plus as well as filtered drinkable water needed in the rooms in proper containers. Their dogs are very friendly and we were delighted with them, we traveled with our two little dogs and they enjoyed the stay.

The property is just amazing, we had the whole garden and the swimming pool almost all to ourselves. We could enjoy the art surrounding us everywhere and the best part was the lovely company of the dogs.

If you are considering staying here, trust me and book now! Words can't quite describe just how incredible this Oasis is. It is in a great location, walking distance from most things. The place was clean and had everything you needed. AC worked great. Pool was fantastic and the garden was spectacular. It had it all but this place is more than that. Walking into this hotelito from the street felt like we were entering a magical oasis. The owners, Beth and David, are artists and have built and made this place into something really special. It has such great energy that it's worth experiencing a destination in itself, on top of that it's in this really cool city! There are many little touches that make it unique, like hand made ceramics, fruit trees in the garden, an art gallery in the front walkway plus some friendly property dogs. The owners were an absolute delight and made us feel right at home.

There was really nothing that could have been better. I just wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful accommodation surrounded by lush garden, swimming pool, and right in the center of town so easy to walk to stores and restaurants! Hosts are helpful and knowledgeable about the surrounding area, day trips, and more. One of the best stays we've had! We plan to recommend to friends and family alike.
