"Very basic hotel close to the Zócalo."

The hotel is well located near the Zócalo.

None of the Reception staff could speak English. The hotel is very basic.

La ubicación, hay muchos comercios cerca y la cercanía con el malecón.

El colchón y almohadas super incómodos, las sábanas estaban manchadas, al igual que las fundas de las almohadas.

Esta céntrico, tranquilo

Había un sobre para propina para el personal de limpieza lo cual no sería problema de no ser porque estaba junto a una lámpara y en un buró que evidentemente en meses no ha sido limpiado y estaba lleno de polvo, los contactos del enchufe estaban flojos. Había reservado habitación con vista a un patio interior pero la habitación que me asignaron no tenía ninguna ventana, para alguien que fuera claustrofóbico habría sido una pesadilla.

La limpieza con la que cuentas sus instalaciones, las camas muy cómodas, y la ubicación muy céntrica, las chicas le recepción muy amables.

Que no tiene un espejo grande o tocador para poder verse antes de salir.

"Un poco incomoda"

La ubicación

Que cuando llegue la recepcionista fue un poco grosera. Posterior cambio un poco su actitud. El día que llegue me dio una habitación un poco grande la cual pague un extra porque llegue a las 7:00 am y me digo que tenia que llegar a la 3:00 siendo que yo avise que llegaba a esa hora. Al día siguiente me daba otra habitación la cual olía a humedad y otro olor que no se como describir, yo le dije qué en esa habitación no me podía en esa habitación. Si me cambio a otra habitación, pero no estaba tan limpia. Y la regadera estaba muy sucia y vieja.

Lo céntrico y bien comunicado para cualquier tipo de servicio o necesidad.

Hubo problemas con el servicio de agua caliente, afortunadamente la temperatura ambiental del puerto permite no usar siempre el agua caliente.
