Good location

Bedding was completely stained (gross), when I complained, they first tried to tell me it's fine before changing it. Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Window whistled like mad when it was windy outside

Location is perfect.

Dusty rooms, no Hot Water. The employees are more interested in their cellphones than to greet the guests. Only ONE girl was nice and smiled.

La ubicación es inigualable.

No hay garrafón de agua y hay que estar pidiendo constantemente al personal por agua. Dan botellas pero eso causa mucha basura innecesaria.

The location was excellent because you can walk to zocalo and the malecón with ease.

It was noticeable nobody dusts the rooms, and they never had hot water in the days we stayed. The staff was blah and only one girl was nice and smile.

La ubicacion esta excelente, cerca al Zocalo y puntos de interes en Veracruz.

Me asignaron una habitacion en el 3er y el domingo muy temprano habia mucho ruido como de maquinas.
