"Was extremely disappointed. The other rooms we booked that day were even cheaper and are better. Totally not worth what"

We were supposed to check-in at 12pm but was told to check-in 2 hours later since somebody checked-in the day before us and they would still have to clean it which was understandable. What irked us was, it was already after 2pm and didn’t receive any update from them despite sending them multiple messages - even had to use one of my friend’s phone who was with me to contact them but still no reply. When it was actually confirmed that we can already go to the room, the caretaker(we assumed) was still cleaning even when they informed us couple of hours prior that they were cleaning it. What’s worse is the water in the bathroom isn’t draining properly causing it to be flooded. The sheets were smelly and there aren’t enough utensils to be used.

"Great stay, I recommend this hotel."

Location is great it is along the road and opposite of SM shopping mall only.

I don't like the pool because it is not functional due to renovations.
