We were not able to occupy the place. Prior to our reservation, someone already took the double room we reserved. We would like to refund our payment. On your part, you forgot to close it - it were still open when we booked.

No one accomodated us, even the host did not contacted us. We stayed longer just to wait for the host to contact us. The staff didn't know what to do, how to assist us. NO ASSISTANCE given to us, especially the booking.com.
