Mameli Suite

Una casa veramente graziosa e accogliente. Eugenio è stato un host davvero cordiale, ci ha suggerito i posti più suggestivi da visitare.

Purtroppo l'unico neo che ho riscontrato è una porta d'ingresso stretta e la scala ripida, ma questo non incide assolutamente sul mio giudizio più che positivo.

Tutto perfetto, pulizia appartamento molto carino, posizione comoda se si arriva in macchina perché situata all'inizio della Ztl e c'è un grande parcheggio vicino. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile!

Posizione, vicinissimo alla zona ZTL ma con facilita' di accesso in macchina e parcheggio gratuito. Gentilissimi i proprietari, in particolare sottolineo l'accoglienza di Rossella con preziosi suggerimenti per la visita di Spoleto.

Se proprio devo indicare qualcosa che mi ha soddisfatto meno, direi che il matersso pur soddisfacente non era del tutto confortevole (ma non ha pregiudicato il nostro riposo notturno). Un altro piccolo suggerimento: sarebbe stato gradito da parte nostra un n. di capsule caffe' proporzionale al soggiorno (ad es nel ns caso, 4 notti / 2 persone = 8 capsule (anche a pagamento, ma parliamo di niente) . Non per il costo ma mi avrebbe risparmiato dover cercare le capsule al supermercato (per altro sbagliando l'acquisto) !

מיקום מעולה. הליכה ברגל למרכז העיר. קבלת פנים לבבית, תקשורת מצויינת, מידע מדוייק. הדירה והמטבח מצטיידים באופן מושלם. המקום שקט ונעים. קרבה לסופרמרקט. במיוחד - יוג׳ין היה לבבי ותקשורתי מרגע ההזמנה עד ההגעה.

ווי פיי קצת חלש. מצריך טיפוס במדרגות לא מתאים לכל אחד.

Mameli Suite is a nice apartment close to the centre of Spoleto. From the property you can have really nice walks to all the main roads, museums and attractions. The appartment presented itself quite well (as it was over Christmas it had a tree and various decorations which I found very homely and a nice thing to do), it was clean and tidy (with a little gianduiotto on each nightstand for each guest), there are board games and books available for guests, which is great for families with children especially. the bathroom was well equipped and clean. the beds are comfortable, the heating was in good working order and the kitchen had all the basic appliances. as a plus there were some things for breakfast available at the house. The hosts were very communicative and although they were not present at our arrival (someone else gave us the keys as it was under christmas!), they did all that was possible to make sure they were there to see us off. Overall a very good stay in Spoleto, I would definitely return or reccommend this place for a family of 4 or even 4 friends/couples as the apartment allows for privacy in both rooms.

I liked the property overall, there was a small issue with the pluming in the bathroom sink but that was made present to the owner who set off to resolve the issue.

Perfekte Lage, um Spoleto zu erkunden. Sehr herzlicher Empfang und eine gute Flasche Wein zur Begrüssung. Rossella hat uns alles erklärt, gute Tipps für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben und uns bei der Abfahrt sogar noch ein Taxi zum Bahnhof organisiert.
