CS Apartment

Location nearby the city center, kitchen equipped with microwave and kettle.

Obviously you need to adapt, like anywhere in Laos. But I definitely recommend the apartment.

A professionally run hotel on a large quiet plot comprising independent units, the rooms were spacious and the bed quite comfortable. There's a full size refrigerator. The manager, William, was responsive and helped arrange bus tickets. Cleaning is undertaken daily. The location is at the end of the tourist zone and a mile from the bus station, ~15 walk along large streets. There's a big supermarket across the road and cafes everywhere. The night market is also near ~10 minute walk. Overall great value for money.

The kitchen could do with a few more things.

Location was great if you want to be near the centre without being down the busy street. Apartments are spacious and value for money

The entire apartment smelt of really bad drainage which was a great shame.

Great location, walking distance to nice cafes and the night market. Nice to have a living room, so you're not always on the bed when you're chilling there. One guy who works there speaks excellent English and is very friendly and helpful.

Make sure the older couple gives you your change or deposit back. Careful they don't forget.

The space and facilities was great, we had to book this last minute so wish we could have had longer here. Very clean and bed was great and comfortable. Really lovely. We left our bags here all day to explore and was no issue, thank you again.

Big apartment, lots of space. Kind staff. Close to food options, close to mini Big C convience store, somewhat close to nightmarkets. Very good strong AC, big bed though it was a bit hard. Booked our transport to Vang Vieng with them and it went very smoothly.

Only the bedroom was air conditioned, not the whole apartment. The bathroom was quite dirty with squished bugs and dirt marks on the walls.

They provided extra pillows for us. Location is perfect.

Need more kitchen utensils i.e. cutting board, small bowl, kitchen towel, etc..
