"Totally awful, people kept making noises and you could here them straight through the doors"

It was pretty straight forward on locating the premises, the room had an air conditioning though it wasn't easy to operate.

Customer care from the staff was awful, they have no respect for guests at all. There rection were, you are here anyway we don't want to know if you have any questions or something you wish to enquire about. Which I found very intimidating. I did not feel safe at all. And above all the controls to the room electricals are outside the room making it very impossible if someone tempered with them. Which i had to do at one point. Breakfast times were not given too. I had to be awakened in the morning, only to be told off for sleeping longer, that I should come for breakfast at the time, or go without having it. Which was around 8:45am. Surprisingly while for breakfast clients kept coming in afterwards. Lastly my girlfriend was in her menses, and to prevent soiling the bed we used a towel that got soiled. & when we checked out and were already out of the premises, we got a suprise call to pay for the soiled towel something I did not agree to but not wanting to leave trouble to my girlfriend while I return to England I was forced to pay for it a fee of1,200 rupees. I made sure to let the manager whom I spoke to at the time that, this is an expected circumstances and it is unexpected and it shouldn't at any point encor an extra cost to the client. But the manager however was talking over me and couldn't give us the benefit of doubt or even listern to our explanations. For this reason i was totally and honestly disappointed in the reception received. To some it all the kictern staffs food handling were not up to standard not wearing acceptable uniform or even food handling was way far from expected standards. I am a health professional I totally understand the consequences of poor food handling. I am not suprised i got a mild food posioning. This is totally a disgress. For the above being my first time in this country I had to go back to my previous hotel. Where i felt safe in all aspects.
