Nice looking hotel rooms

No service at night, no toilet tissue or towels were given, the room was not completely cleaned before I checked-in. I found a used water bottle after I checked-in. The glass for water in the washroom was horrible, the water heater for tea/coffee smelled so bad that I could not use it. TV’s remote did not work well.

The staff was very friendly. The parking security helped us park the vehicle, there was a wheel chair available for my Dad. Thank you very much.

The hot water for bathing was not hot, it was just warm. And the hair drier was not present in all the rooms.

No hot water. The sheets and pillow covers were stained. The toilet was stained and floor had bath area had hairs.

There was hardly any facilities. The place was very congested

No Breakfast. The Ac did not work in Room 308

Place to live with family and friends. Clean and calm environment. Supporting staffs. Overall enjoyed the stay despite medical issues.
